Refund Policy.
Eligibility for Refunds:
As our business cards are customised to your specifications, refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
a) The product arrives defective or damaged.
b) Printing errors that differ from the approved design or proof provided by the Customer.
We do not offer refunds for minor variations in colour, texture, or material that may occur due to differences in display settings or printing processes.
Reporting Issues:
If you encounter an issue with your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your items. To process your request efficiently, please provide:
a) Your order number.
b) A description of the issue.
c) Clear photographs showing the defect or error.
Failure to report an issue within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a refund
Refund Process:
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5-7 business days]. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items:
We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:
a) Errors in the design or content provided by the customer.
b) Minor colour or design variations due to printing and screen differences.
c) Orders where the customer approved the final design proof before printing.
Reprints, Re-Engraving and Corrections:
If an error occurs that qualifies for a refund or replacement, we may offer a reprint of the order at no additional cost
Terms and Conditions of Sale:
This Refund Policy is subject to VennCard’s Terms and Conditions of Sale of Goods (“Terms and Conditions”) which can be found here . If there is any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions will take precedence.
